Will has a double Masters degree, including an MBA in management and marketing at a top French business school. His specialist skills are developing CRM and loyalty programs. As a strategic planner and business director, Will’s role is to design and deliver innovative marketing solutions for clients.
Luke is a veteran software engineer with over 15 years professional experience. He worked for 7 years in Europe as a senior consultant for global outsourcing giant Capgemini. More recently he worked for a number of Australian based digital agencies including Back Creative, Profero & Tequila Digital. With a passion for technical excellence, Luke is an expert in software engineering, application development, systems design & architecture and open source technologies.
Justin has 15 years commercial design experience combining graphic design, art direction, UI and UX design. He has worked as Lead Designer for News Limited, Creative Director for Hothouse Interactive and for the last 5 years Design Director at Tequila Digital. Justin specialises in large scale projects for companies who require a strong understanding of branded communications and high quality interactive design.
